Where do I start... disappointed, loss respect, sold defective equipment, and would not take it back. And don't get me started on the level of rudness that was exhibited by the manager of the location on the phone. Wow! I work in a phone center and I would never talk to someone the way that they talked to me today, when asking for a resolution to a problem they created. I asked a simple question on navigating their systems and they told me to just figure it out myself in more words... How am I supposed to know how to use your services when you don't and all you can tell me is your prompts have recently changed. I had them for 6 years and I will never step back into another one of your stores. Especially when I had just came in your store less than a month a go bought a phone that you had me under the impression was new and it is another refurbished trash phone.. I'm nikhip from india, there is going to be huge scam in delivering my order. I ordered oneplus8 pro only one piece and they are telling mistakenly they are sending 6 pieces including 2 apple phones. And they made me to pay huge money in the name of clearance.. And not delivering the package and also not refunding the amount paid...its a huge scam

This Is The Best Cell Phone Store I've Ever Been To And Literally The Cheapest Prices Around They Are All About Saving You Money The Whole Atmosphere Is Very Welcoming You Have To Go Check Them Out Thank You Boost Mobile For Putting My Family On A Very Cheap Plan!!!! I Only Pay 120 A Month For 4 Lines !!!! Boost Is Definitely The Way To Go!

The girl that works here is awesome and extremely patient. I would reccomend this store to everyone who wanted boost mobile. Though I will say if you live in the boonies like I do in Floyd, Va then service is gonna be very touch and go.
