The outlet store needs to be clean. The tables need to be completely clean out and trash through away. And the store has a water leak in ceiling has got bigger from last. This is dangerous the ceiling could fall in or someone fall. Yesterday bathroom was running out in the main floor. The heavy set woman that works there is rude. And there no need to tell any of them about anything and the manager says he will fix things but don't. This is for outlet side.
I have visited this location many times. The store side is all that I have been in at this location. Tonight the store was very clean and well organized. Staff was friendly.
This is always a good place to find needed items at reasonable prices. The search is half the fun
So many things to look through don't go here unless you have an hour or more to spare to be able to go through things and find many many good finds.
Their bins and e-commerce people are awesome. I don't know why the retail side has such poor customer service. Had a manager go through my items and price check each one like I was trying to get one over on them. I spend hundreds of not thousands at goodwill. I support their mission and usually get amazing customer service everyplace but here.
