Awesome customer service. Friendly, courteous and prompt. They even stayed open late to help me out, definitely recommended.
Drove from Radford to Pulaski to have a vehicle serviced. They told us the day prior they could get it done. They never got it in for service. Wasted our time, gas. They reported an issue with a tire we weren’t aware of and didn’t fix that either. Not once did they call to say it would t be serviced today. I found out by calling myself. The website says they close at 5:30 but they close at 5. So we had to rush to get the vehicle because it’s a working commercial vehicle necessary for our business the next day. When I asked why they would have allowed us to bring it in and waste a day and resources the person on the phone hung up on me. Disgusting customer service, horrible company to deal with, totally disrespectful of me, my time, my business.
