Great customer service. I'm almost 8 months pregnant, and they were extremely adamant about making sure I did not lift anything in that everything was loaded in the vehicle carefully and in a way that nothing would slide on the kids or anything on the drive home. The cashier was super friendly and accommodating when my daughter asked for not only a separate bag to put the jackets in, but an additional separate bad for her dress.
This is seriously the absolute king of all goodwills in the area. Out of this world level of organization, and really friendly staff. I've seen Ramona mentioned in a couple of reviews and totally agree that she's freakin awesome. There's also another cashier whose name I don't know who is new, and was also SUPER nice, and was doing a killer job keeping an eye on mask wearing in the store.

Terrible customer service. The lady st the counter was bossy from the time I entered to the time I checked out. Told me to hurry up in the middle of the day when they were no where near closing. She was loud and very unpleasant. Bad enough with tough times and poor economy but to have to face this in tough times was unacceptable
Ramona is the sweetest person that works in this store. She should get a raise and let work day hours instead of evening.
