My family and I have gone here for years to get good quality shoes and other items ( I got my favorite coat from this place) but today I arrive at 4:19pm on a Friday and there were no cars in sight and the doors were locked. The hours posted on the door suggest they should be open. Not sure what happened today but I was disappointed
Nice shoes
I went looking for a pair of boots for around the house job's/work boots and when I went to pay I asked what is the return policy in case Icouldn'twear them comfortably? Two employees spoke up and said 30 days as long as you don't wear them outside. How are you supposed too know if you can wear them comfortably if you don't go outside and at least walk around in them I said? They both said 30.days as long as you don't wear them outside. The boots weren't cheap, so when I put them on and go outside and they don't work for me I guess I'm stuck with boots I can't wear and out of the money paid? Not a good policy at all. Christiansburg,VA store by the way.
Just an average shoe store. All locations basically have the same shoes. The cashier at this location was so rude. Asked her not to jam the shoes in bag with a pair of work boots. She insisted on doing so. The bag split and she got an attitude cause I ask her to rebag them. She must be a joy to work with.
Shopping in the store today. My 17 year old daughter had an emergency and needed to go to the restroom . The cashier told us no restrooms, but to go across the street to Burger King. Complete humiliating experience for her. We will never patronize this business again.
