In October I came here for a wedding gift. I was so pleased and the couple I gave it to were very pleased. Today I went back and wanted to purchase the same item for another couple. The girl said they didn’t carry it anymore. So I settled for something else. She rang it up. I used a credit card. Then I look way up by the ceiling and there is the item I wanted! She said she could not cancel my sale and make the new one. I said let’s call my credit card company and make it work. She said we cannot do that. I know she could have made this happen. I suggested we call the owner and make it work she again said she can’t do that. I was very unhappy she didn’t care about making me a happy customer. Then she had the nerve to apologize to another customer who had waited 5 minutes for our transaction to be completed. The store lost money, and she didn’t care to learn something she will encounter again.

Wonderful gift shop in downtown! They have a great variety of gift items perfect for anyone on your list, Hokie or not! I really loved the mens corner, it's small but they have some really great unique gifts for guys who are hard to shop for!
