DICK'S Sporting Goods

I purchased a shotgun and ammunition from the Christiansburg store. The shells that were purchased the representative selected. After getting everything opened at home I found the shells were too long for this particular shotgun. When I tried to exchange the shells I was told of their policy of no exchanges. I understand the policy if it they were selected by me but they were selected and presented as suitable for the gun. I then contacted customer service and was told that the store would contact me which they never did. This type of service does not bode well for repeat business.

The store is clean and organized well for shopping. My family had a difficult time getting help with shoes. The 2 shoe dept employees were not the most helpful. I had to ask several times to get shoes for my oldest son. I also wanted shoes for my younger boys and I waited and waited after showing him the shoes and telling him the sizes...he never brought them and started helping other people. Very frustrating. We had to go to another store to buy shoes.

Customer service, clean store.nHowever, the company should consider a customer app to locate items. Especially ones that are at the back of a shelf, out of site.nA knee bender...

Been here several times prices are very high on clothing. Removed handguns, pretty much only reason I came, workers pretty unintelligent. Guy cut my arrows too short. It was the last set they had. So I didn’t no arrows. Worker told me I was bad person for wearing usa hat.

Walked into shoe dept & wasn’t greeted by staff until I walked to the back and asked for help after 15 minutes of being in the store. Austin wasn’t attentive at all. Instead of trying to help me find the shoe that I was in search for or other options, he gave me the vague walk off technique, then never came back! We will NOT be back.
