Upgraded phones today and added a new device for my daughter and Alisha was super helpful, she made the whole experience effortless, she wasn't pushy and gladly helped me get the things I wanted and figure out what worked best for me. She was awesome and I look forward to working with her in the future when I need help on my account, I highly recommend Alisha she's the best!
Diana is one of the hardest working women I have ever met. She is caring and knowledgeable of all areas and not afraid to learn new things. I recommend highly and thinks she should be top management.
The Manager at the Louisa store is professional, yet down to earth. Her name escapes me but she has the spunky purple hair! Anyway, when she was unable to assist with a tech issue immediately she was on the phone to tech support. I've been there 3 times in the past week due to broken phone issues and while I wasn't happy with Verizon at the time she was still delightful, understanding and patient.
I was having the worst day ever when I went into the Louisa store. By the time I had left I had forgotten all about the nasty day thanks to my associate Christopher. He was fabulous all way around. Thanks
Christopher was great , he helped both my wife with her issues and added me to her account with no issues. We had gone to the Verizon store in Appomattox and were told it couldn't be done in the store and l had to call and deal with customer support. It took Christopher at the Louisa store literally 5 minutes to complete.
