Only hardware store at Lake Anna. Usually has what I need. Stock tends to be low to modest in terms of quantity and on the basic side of range of products, hence a 4 rather than 5. This is a function of sales volume. Had what I needed today for painting prep, otherwise it would have doubled or tripled my logistics run time. It's my go to store for convenience if I don't need a large quantity of product. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice fluffy cat.

A little bit more expensive than the big chains, but always has what am looking for and I don't have to drive a country mile to get there. Keeps my money in the community.

I ordered from Jon and Lake Anna tractor because of their stellar reviews. However, my experience should serve as a red flag for anyone considering purchasing from here.nnI ordered a tractor in April/May 2019. I paid full price based on current model year pricing. I was delivered a tractor made in 2017, and one that had been on another dealers lot over a year. Being two years old at that time, the price should have been adjusted based on kioti incentives. I've tried to contact Jon several times seeking a fair resolution, but he's nowhere to be found. I was not aware of the tractor's age until another dealer ran the serial number a year later. In discussing with that dealer they let me know I was substantially overcharged for a tractor that was not current model year, and that Jon should have not only disclosed it was older, but adjusted the price on his own.nnMaking this transaction worse, the tractor was delivered on empty and low on hydraulic fluid. Rather than apologize, Jon responded telling me it was impossible to be low on hydraulic fluid, as the tractor wouldn't move. Obviously he is not fully educated on his products and how they work, as that isn't true. We also agreed, in writing, he'd load the tires and include an three point hitch. The tractor was delivered with neither. Jon's response to the tires was he had no way of knowing they weren't loaded.nnOne other problem worth noting. I had them install a third function valve. The valve popped off at the block (under the seat) after two hours of use. Jon insisted this was completely normal, that valves can loosen up after initial install. WHAT? if that were true, buyers should be told that, but it just isn't accurate. I disagreed with Jon on that, and again, no sign of accountability or remorse.nnFrankly, there are enough tractor dealers I would advise going elsewhere. My experience may be an outlier, but Jon has made no attempt to make it right. It is easy to look great as a business when things go well. The true test of business is who they are when things go wrong. Things went horribly wrong here, and Jon is nowhere to be found.
