All the staff I dealt with were courteous and professional. The service provided was to repair a tire that had a slow leak and preform a WV state inspection. They took me in without an appointment and preformed the services while I waited and completed it within the estimated time they gave me. This was my first visit but I will certainly use Bland Street Auto Center again.
Broke down in West Virginia on the way up north. Tony was friendly and got there in good time. He took great care towing the car.
Quoted a price and had to pay more than double after completed service. Also tried to upsell my with more service that wasn't needed. Took 4 to 5 hours for a job that should of been done under 2 hours.
Had work done 3 days went by started leaking from the exact same spot would replace part for another new one but still wanted to charge for labour again
Hit a metal object in the virginia/west virginia tunnel earlier today and Tony towed my car to the shop. He went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend their services.
