Ragged Mountain Running Shop is such an amazing experience. I'm training for a marathon and I experience knee pain when I run. By observing my gait, Mark was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was and brought me several shoes to try on and test to see if they helped. Ultimately, I got an excellent pair of running shoes and incredible customer service. I would highly recommend Ragged Mountain Running Shop to anyone who is interested in purchasing new shoes!!
Mark was very helpful and patient as he helped my son with new running shoes. His knowledge, experience, helpful, and kind demeanor shine as he watches your motion and listens to what the runner experiences. Great place!
Ragged Mountain is amazing! I emailed to let them know what I was looking for and they offered great advice and fast responses. I did curbside pick-up and they even wrapped the gifts. Fantastic customer service.
I ordered online and within minutes had a text asking me a few more questions about the shoes I'd purchased and my experience with them, all to confirm I was getting the best shoe for me. On top of that they were delivered to my door a couple of hours later. Service doesn't get better than that!
I recently got into running, but I was experiencing lower leg pain. Someone recommended Ragged Mountain to me and I am so glad they did! Their customer service is unmatched. They work with you and bring you so many options to find exactly what you need to make walking and running as pain free as possible. I have not experienced any leg pain when running since I got my new shoes. Another plus is how COVID conscious they were! I felt very safe.
