Man Let me Tell you, I have never seen anything like it. This man I think his name is CT was in the store by himself and he handled five customers that were in there at the same time. He literally was handling to people that once and was still very nice and personable he was on his job. He was also answering phone calls professionally making sure everybody that was in the store was noticed and he let them know that he was going to be with them as soon as possible. Even the one lady that was in there that was upset about her bill he was able to calm her down and able to help her and she ended up thanking him over and over again this man deserves a raise. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen mad respect.

The first time I visited this sprint store I was assisted Bailey. This was back during The summer.. she was great. I leased a new iPhone and opened up a new line. All completed in about 15-20 minutes! As a child I hated going to the sprint store with my mother. It always ended up being a all night trip. I couldn’t believe how fast I was out of there!nToday I’ve been at home for hours trying to get my sim to work in my new phone via sprint customer chat, after about 6 hours I had it. I decided to go up to the store. I was beyond excited to see Bailey inside. I knew this was going to be a fast and pleasant process. It absolutely was! She had my service going on my phone and out the door in less than 10 minutes. 10 stars!!! Bailey is amazing at her job and makes you feel like your friend not a customer. I also never write reviews and I felt I had to.

Bailey is absolutely amazing! After talking with her late on Saturday night in a panic about ordering a new phone online, I happened to see her again today when I came in to transfer my old phone info to the new phone. She is so kind, generous, honest, and very good at her job. She made everything so easy for me, and applied my screen protector perfectly. She even offered to drop off my old phone at the UPS store for me so I wouldn't need to do it myself. I had a perfect experience and this store is still my go-to in Charlottesville. Thank you Bailey! :-)

The store manager, Blake, is extremely competent, friendly and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes! This is after I had called another Sprint store and they said there was nothing they could do. This is the kind of talented employee that is INVALUABLE to any organization!

I just have to say that CT I hope they got his name right. Is one of the sweetest most down to earth customer service reps I have ever worked with at Sprint. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease when I was having a billing issue and made sure that he did all he could to try to help me fix it even if there were some things that he was not able to do himself he made sure I was directed to the right people. I didn’t even go to the store to upgrade a phone but I ended up upgrading the phone and adding a line for my sister. Absolutely outstanding everybody should definitely go and see him and the team that works there.
