BRIDGET MOSS IS AMAZING! She's a nurse under Dr. Dalrimple and she has helped our journey tremendously. We have been going around and around in circles for the past decade with no true information about a Parkinson's diagnosis. At the first visit, Dr. Dalrimple was on paternity leave so we met with nurse moss and she had the BEST bedside manner and a very clear and specialized plan of care; she jumped in head first and explained everything SO CLEARLY. We could tell she cared and she made us feel so comfortable. For the first time we have hope!! I would recommend anyone with neurological issues to work with nurse Moss. We have been through 4 different neurologists and this is the first time we feel a sense of relief!
Dr. Sara Jones is my Neurologist. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the professional insights and diagnostic skills he has shown to me. I have had an in person exam and an on line conference. I am fully satisfied with our care and treatment progress! Dr. Jones is the best!
I would not recommend. I had a neuro appt with Dr Shipley and she stated multiple times she would review my file so she could assist me (or refer me) and promised to call me with a path forward but never did call. Why make promises to help a struggling patient if you dont keep your word and effectively drop/ghost a patient. It’s unconscionable and unprofessional.
I took my son to the Neurology Clinic yesterday. We saw Dr. Goran Rakocevic. He was fantastic. He had the best bedside manner. He was completely thorough in his examination and was very detailed in his explanations and answers to any question we had. He was kind and patient. After we met with him, my son had to have testing done by Dr. Phillips, who had the same wonderful bedside manner. They are both experts in their field and I would recommend them to anyone who has neurological issues.
I have waited almost a full calendar year for my appointment. Due to covid-19 and their “limited staff and residents” I was selected to have my appointment cancelled where I was a first time patient. They now have to wait for appointments to open up again before they can call be back with another appointment. Even after numerous doctors have pushed to get me in sooner. They can do so much better!
