I wouldn’t bring my worst enemy here. The treatment I received at Northridge for the 6 months I was with them bordered on malpractice. They are incredibly overbooked (they were serving ~2,000 clients when I was with them), the staff is undertrained, and I’ve received better psychiatric care from my general practitioner. If you must come here, be a strong advocate for yourself and make sure you get the treatment you need. But even then, I would seriously hesitate to seek treatment here.

Typical inefficiency when dealing with medication refills and insurance company prior-authorisation....Other than that very very aggravating and life disrupting issue, I would give them 5 stars.

The nurses are extremely rude, inconsiderate of their patients and patients wishes. They have a single solution for a problem and will not listen to any other suggestions or even try to find a solution that will work for their patient. The answer is always a ‘hard no’. The Drs solution when ill is immediately to go to the ER. Not once has my patient been seen at the Drs office if it is related to an illness. It appears the only appointments available are for follow ups from the ER. On top of the mistreatment, it takes a total of three phone calls, that’s IF you answer when they call you back, to try to make an appointment. Please save yourself time and headache and find a different PCP.

The front desk lady's are very sweet and so are the doctors but the lady who takes the nurse line calls is very rude and acts as if you don't know anything about your own health. I would not recommend calling her for any questions what so every I would call the main hospital nurse line for question. Exspecially if you are short tempered such as myself because there is nothing I would like more than to tell her off . I will not be calling for help with anything again. This note is for the OBGYN CLINIC

My wife has seen the team of OBGYN Dr.s for the entirety of her pregnancy. She has had a very difficult pregnancy with severe symptoms of cholestasis, all noted by the attending physician. After her last visit of the second trimester we mentioned the severe itching of feet and the swelling of her extremities. This visit was dismissed as normal pregnancy symptoms. Over a month later, now into the third trimester, we have found out from a single e.r. visit that she has cholestasis and gall stones. Surgery is a high risk in the third trimester and should have been addressed during the aforementioned visit while surgery in the second trimester is a lesser risk to my wife and unborn child. Now we are left to deal with the risk of surgery during the third trimester or the risk of leaving a baby in the womb with untreated gallstones and cholestasis. I am resentful that this situation was not properly addressed during the second trimester when a concern for cholestasis was specifically mentioned.
