My wife delivered our first child in this hospital. I could not be more happy about the service that the entire staff offered. Everyone was so pleasant and it made our experience here one to remember. Thank you so much for everything! We really appreciate the Day/Overnight staff.

This hospital has gone to the dogs. The care here is subpar. I was admitted here and the bed malfunctioned the entire time. Once they placed me in a room the doctor forget about me. It was after 11am the NEXT day and still no doctor did any rounds to come see me and provide and update. Nurses bedside manor poor they need some trainingnnI asked to see the doctor several times NONE showed. I had to have blood drawn from 6:30am and still no one came not even after 11am. Yet this is needed to see if my illnesses was getting worse.nnI am very disappointed in the poor service of this hospital. It's on the mainline but you won't get the mainline service. Instead the service and care is like you are in a State free clinic or State hospital STAY AWAY.. NEVER AGAIN

Absolute crooks. My wife was pregnant and came here for an ultrasound and a non-stress test which is where they monitor the baby's heart rate for 30 min. Cost of ultrasound: $984 (whereas at Jefferson Hospital it was $550). Cost of the far simpler non-stress test: $1,490. How do you charge 50% more for the procedure that only requires a heart-monitor and can be read by any nurse?

My wife recently gave birth to our daughter here and I could not have been more impressed. The labor and delivery nurses were EXTREMELY professional, skilled, and comforting. They treated us like family from the moment we entered, while delivering great medical care. The doctors were awesome too, but it was the nursing staff that continually impressed me throughout our stay. We had to remain in the hospital for 2 days, and due to COVID regulations, couldn't even leave the room we were staying in. This sounded like a challenge initially, but the room was so nice, clean, and newly renovated, that we didn't even mind. We also had either a nurse, lactation consultant, or doctor check on us at least once an hour throughout our stay. They answered all of our neurotic questions, were extremely knowledgeable, and I can't imagine feeling more comfortable anywhere else. Some of the labor and delivery nurses even went out of their way to visit us two days later, just to see how we were doing. I'm not one for gushy reviews, but I haven't been so pleasantly surprised by any establishment I've reviewed.

This place is a joke do not go here or let them admit you. Every time they switch staff they do not read your charts and start from scratch adding bogus restrictions on you. Treatment is beyond slow even with the place like a ghost town. They will not allow visitors even though most hospitals in the area do. Refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork too!! Last day they refused to let me order lunch even though i was not scheduled to get out for several hours after. Even when i was able to order food was ice cold taking three hours several of the meals. Stay far away from this joke of a hospital!!!
