I was helped by a girl with dark brown hair named Taylor. Such an enthusiastic and sweet girl! There were some issues logging into my insurance, but she took all the right steps to figure it out and was so polite and understanding along the way. She seems like the type of person who takes the time to learn every detail and make sure that everything is as it should be. If you go into this America’s Best, ask for Taylor! Highly recommend.

I loved the optometrist! He was very thorough and even explained the reasons why they do different things in the exam. I ordered eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contacts. When the eyeglasses came in, they were the wrong frames. They let me wear them home while they reordered the new frames free of charge. It was great customer service. I will say that I do agree with the energy level comments. It’s a little lower than it probably should be for that type of environment, but I still feel like I was taken care of well.

I went in to America’s best around June of this year. And from the second I walked in I had a feeling something was going to go wrong. And that was absolutely true. The optometrist working acted like he had NO idea what he was doing, and he kept rushing me. I paid almost $200 for ONE pair...this was the appointment I had made because i hadn’t gone to an eye appointment in 2 years. I then realized my eyes were taking a while to adjust. First it was 2 days, then a week, then it just got progressively worse. Come to find out the doctor who did my prescription did it wrong. And if you don’t know, wearing glasses, that AREN’T your prescription, DAMAGES YOUR VISION. So not only did the doctor rush my appointment, he didn’t know what he was doing, he messed up my prescription, and now my right eye barely functions. I will never come back here again! And contacting corporate will not fix the situation.

I have never had and experience on a eyeglass clinic before, and my visit wasn’t very pleasant, I had a 3:15pm appointment and nobody checked me out for at least 20 minutes. The doctor wasn’t very patient with me, and kept sighing, like he was annoyed. They had a deal where you get 2 glasses for 69.99, which cancels the cost of the eye exam (values at $50) and they did not honor it, because l decide to get the addition of the contacts exam, which was an extra $39.95 on top. They still charged me 89.95 for both exams even after buying 2 pairs o glasses. The sales staff is terrible, and very low energy, a hospital has better energy than this store! They also try to push you to buy their membership thing, and fail hard on explaining what’s being charged, so make sure you read your receipt. Also they did not hand me my prescriptions, I had to call after I left and ask about it, they couldn’t just email to me, and the girl in the reception talked on the phone like she was ill, dyeing or something like that. I ended up having to drive another 10 minutes to get my prescription which was hand written in really bad calligraphy! Only go to this place if you want cheap glasses, but for nothing else. I will now sit and wait a few weeks to see how my experience to pick up the glasses will be.

Bro! I was on hold for almost 30 minutes I put my cell on mute and called the SAME EXACT NUMBER off of my mothers phone and they immediately picked up to help me?? They completely forgot about me and that’s not right.
