Petco

Went for a few fish and to test our tanks water and were greeted by a wonderful Lady very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I was shocked that they had a fresh water puffer fish and snagged him up. She was also super nice and gave us a few snails for him to snack on later and advised me everything needed to care for my super cute puffer who now goes by the name Lips. Will be returning soon for a friend for Lips and hope the same person is there to help or someone just as knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent customer service! Erica was very helpful and knowledgeable. Manager Becca helped us at the check out with our guinea pig..we will definitely be back to this petco. We feel they care a great deal about assisting pet parents with their pets

They had crickets!

The staff was extremely helpful. They answered all the questions I had and they were very kind. I even witnessed how kind and smoothly the employee was that helped me in a situation right as I was leaving where a very rude customer came up and started being a jerk. She was great! I’ll be back this week.

Amanda is the best with my pets. Will take then to her every time. Very pleasant
