Cute shoes and good deals in sales section! That being said, my friends and I went in a half hour before close to get an idea of prices for a later date. We were greeted kindly at first but then an employee walked up to us and told us the store closed in a few minutes. She then went to the next aisle over and was heard complaining loudly about our being there. We ended up leaving as we felt uncomfortable, I think some customer service could be improved. Overall a mediocre experience!
My first visit there. Signage was good. I knew exactly where to go as soon as I walked in as I was looking for a specific shoe. Moderate prices. Only one shoe that I was interested in trying on didnt have my size and I tried on a lot! To be fair I wasn't looking nor did I need any help but I didn't see any sale reps on the floor. Found what I was looking for so it was a good visit! Left with two pairs of shoes and some odds and ends! Cashier was very pleasant!
Great selection and parking for this store. You can find almost any shoe you are looking for. I usually go to Nordstrom Rack but the prices and selection here are much better than there. They even have a close out section where the deals can be even better. If you join their rewards club you get even more discounts. I appreciate the staff and their friendly demeanor while shopping here and will be back.
Really nice shoes, pricy but has a discount rack.
Nice store! Sad thing is the service was not very nice.. associates were rushing and not giving the customer the help needed.
