I made an appointment online and the price said it was $46 for a bath AND haircut. My dogs legs were shaky due to old age and so they couldn’t give her a haircut. So for the bath they charged $42 and an additional $10 fee to clean and trim her face which didn’t look like they did too much. $52 for basically a bath. The girl said it would normally be $60 for my 11 pound dog even though the website stated $46 for bath & haircut. Nowhere did it say “starting at” $46 or “as low as” $46 or $46 for a short haired dog,nsuch and such for a medium haired dog or $60 for a long haired dog. It said $46. I threw in a $5 tip (which I paid before I saw my dog) so it cost me almost $60 for a bath. Never again. The website needs to reflect the ACTUAL prices and not some scam price to get you in the door.

My dog was banned because they said that when they wanted to brush his hair he tended to bite, I find that unbelievable because he is a nice and peaceful collie and he has never acted like that. If some one brushes your hair to hard you are going to protest . Sure blame it on the dog not on the employee. You guys lost another client. We have been taking him there for more than 2 years. I’m not the only person complaining about this issue. RIP Petco...!!!!

Great staff and so many animal species for your liking and the store has plenty od stock for your specific needs for animals. Prices are good. Who does not love all kinds of animals and birds.

I love visiting this petco, a very spacious store. Great window shopping opportunities, I always want to leave the store a proud new owner of a little animal, they are cute. The cashier's here are patient and informative. Was here to buy a Christmas gift for a new puppy owner and they gave me the little booklet even though I wasn't the new owner. Plus they have a decent selection of products for cats and dogs alike.
