I have been a customer of this bank for 2 or 3 yrs. I use this bank to take my money out every month. I find these employees to be very kind and friendly and remember me every time I go there. Wonderful place to do business.
My father passed away recently and I went here to close out his accounts and distribute the funds to family members. The younger gentlemen was extremely helpful and was trying to accommodate my requests. In the middle of everything his manager came over and did nothing but what felt like attacked us and told me I could not withdraw funds even though I was a beneficiary and had his death certificate. If anything, please discuss these matters in the back and NOT in front of the customer. Completely unprofessional.

I have been a customer for a long timenI had a better customer service before more then now. Any transaction inside the bank was easy and smooth. Now when I come in I always see a long line and so many people behind the counter but only one or tow teller open.nSo what I use to do before in 5 minutes it takes now up to 20 minutes
