Similar experience shared by Ed Post-family has done business with PWP since its inception. Tried to arrange for regular service for approximately past two months. No response to phone messages or emails-very clear the next generation has no interest in maintaining their long time core customers.

I have previously had work done by this company and was satisfied butnat the present time (October 2020) the company is no longer a functioning business. I spoke with the owner by phone in mid Summer to arrange a service appointment but he did not follow through. There is no response when when I attempt to contact them by phone or email. Phone appears to be disconnected.

An overdue review of a company with great speedy service. After 35 years of my family Plymouth summer place well pump working fine, it just stopped. A neighbor had recommended that I call Pilgrim Well and Pump. I called Mark and explained what was under the cottage. He and his crew came the next day of the telephone call. I didn't think I was going to be that lucky ! He had all the necessary gear and parts to replace the pump and align it with the existing house pipes. Personable and quick service. Thank you !

Not a one-man fly-by night operation. A couple of owners, some workers, a well-stocked shop. They have been around for years, and know the Plymouth market, the aquifer characteristics, equipment options for treatment and filtration. Service is superb and prices are reasonable. We've used them regularly, bought our calcite from them, and will be having them install upgraded new equipment soon. The last time I got calcite from them, they let me borrow their big pipe wrench to wrestle off the cap of my 30+ year old neutralizer tank. Will be getting a new one, twice the capacity and backflow self-cleaning. Yay!
