The secretary/office manager should have her wage doubled. I had an issue over the weekend(mishap) and when I called Monday morning it was already being resolved, she then gave a discount and has always been very helpful and accommodating. Whatever she is making is not enough, the other person I dealt with should give his wage to her because she handled both their duties. She’s a major asset to their operation
Keep odd hours, open late or not at all. Should let people know they are not open for business. Could leave outgoing message on phone.
Today makes the second time I've called ahead to make an appointment for torch work due to the long drive and received nothing. Owner acted as if it was an inconvenience to him and he didn't need the business so he'll not be getting mine.
