I usual don't think of Ross as *the* place to shop, but I have found so many good things here for our home. So I give this really high marks.
I bought some shoes in there. The people were very helpful and friendly with me and the prices are good. I have a friend who loves the place and cant seem to go shopping there enough.
It's a hit or miss in this place. But it's always a surprise when you find something good for a good price. I usually go for the cell phone charging wires, sometimes kitchen wares, rugs, towels, but there's many other things. Like what I said some days you'll find cool stuff sometimes not.
I went into Ross Kihei on Monday morning. The lady who was doing the markdowns on Monday morning January 28. She had her friends and employees standing there while she was marking down the shoes in the men’s department. She was talking in her own language to her friends and handing off the markdown shoes to her friends instead of putting them on the shelf. I stood there for about a half an hour and I did not get a chance at discounted shoes because she was handing them off to her employees or her friends or family. I’m trying to get corporate to let them know. But of course that is difficult so this is why I am leaving this message for corporate. I watched her friends walk off with three carts of shoes. And I walked off with one pair. Not OK. Will be talking to corporate about it. Be aware employees.
Ross has always good low price shirts and shorts, I love the Assortment of Aloha Shirts, the manager and staff are very helpful and friendly always smiling Thank you so much!!!! Love Shopping at Ross
