Great service! The staff took complete care of my daughter when she was sick with presumed food poisoning. They even stayed past closing to help us. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment. When I came in there were several people in the lobby waiting. The front desk tells me the walk ins are ahead of me. I ask what was the purpose of an appointment? They could not give me an logical answer.nI then asked if I could wait in my car and they text me when it was my turn. This would be safer due to Covid with their crowded waiting room. They tell me no they could not due that. I asked why but they could not give me a logical answer. Asked to talk with a manager none was on site.nI have been to this clinic before and had a good experience. Thus I was very disappointed on how this was all handled.

Unfortunately I had a paddle boarding accident on my honeymoon and needed stitches on my knee. Doctor Thaut and the entire medical staff made my experience as good as it could be despite the circumstances. Dr Thaut did a great job with the medical aspects of my condition as well as making me feel very comfortable despite being hysterical because of my low pain tolerance. The stitches also look great, my husband I don’t think he could have done a better job. Hopefully I won’t have to see them again but if anyone needs their services I’m South Maui I definitely recommend seeing them.

I was visiting Maui from Canada and visited the Minit Medical Urgent Care in the middle of my trip. I had a wonderful experience. I went in the middle of the afternoon and only had to wait an hour. They were all extremely nice and helpful. The only issue was they didn't take travel insurance but gave me all the paper work so I was able to claim it when I got home. $200 for my Doctor visit. Thank you to everyone working who made my day better!
