Kaiser Permanente Lahaina Clinic

The appointments never on time, I always end up waiting 1 hour or more. And some of the stuff are really rude. The pharmacists are very nice, and the doctors and nurses are also very nice, but again you gonna spent your whole day there because everything taking so long

Easy going doctor's office, island vibes. Never had a bad experience here.

The most RUDEST front receptionist. They don’t want to help you, or make you feel welcomed to be a part of their health program. Do yourself a favor and take that drive to WAILUKU to feel more comfortable, and who are much more willing to provide you care.

Apparently if you have Kaiser insurance but your not a local YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN! I am extremely disappointed in this clinic and Kaiser Permanete in general. We took our sick son to this place and we were turned away due to where we are staying at. You would think having Kaiser Permanente as our insurance provider we could go to any Kaiser but that's not the case. After this experience I will be looking at other insurance carriers even if I have to pay more.

What can I say? There are some problems with this medical provider. Practicing medicine...obviously... OMG
