This Hospital doesn't know how to send billing or take care of emergency patients. Waited 3 hours, charged over $1,000 for 10 minutes of care. Sent more than one bill. What the is wrong with island medical care. Kaiser is a monopoly and the government won't do anything about it. Avoid if you can, but good luck.

Had my elbow dislocated and popped it back in. Like new!! Just don’t dislocate it on a Friday. They hella packed on a Friday lol.

I had a boat propeller accident that almost killed me and ambulance was already on land waiting for me, rushed me to the ER and attention was great from entry to emergency surgery to discharge.nnI felt like they did a outstanding job!nnThank you Maui Memorial Medical Center.

I’m still waiting for this hospital to contact me, so I can present my evidence that this hospital falsified/omitted my medical file when I came to the emergency room on or about March 18th, 2020 and the hospital refused to render medical aid then called security to remove me from the hospital grounds. I was never treated by a doctor, yet Dr.Troung claims I did not need medical attention. What tests did Maui Memorial conduct on me? I have filed a complaint with the state health department and gave them the documents that I showed to the hospital staff with my symptoms. I was instructed to return to the hospital for a follow-up from my January visit to the emergency room, when I had Covid-19, yet the hospital only tested for the flu, and refused to diagnose my health problem.nnThis needs to be added to my medical file!nnMaui Memorial Medical Center supports and defends falsifying patient records, then when the patient contests the falsification of the medical file, this hospital refuses to investigate.

Had to go thru ER for heart issue. Was admitted. Chelsea, RN nurse, is amazing. 4th floor. Her assistant Cindy too. Dr Patel saved my life along with his tean: chris, ryan, brian, theresa and attending nurses. After the procedure, in icu, the team is great!!
