I was shopping around for mortgage rates and my realtor gave me a list of a few places and people i could call to run myself and husband and see whod offer the best amount/highest rate. I called wesley shutt multiple times. Left multiple messages and even a woman i called when applying at another bank said i should try wesley, she even messaged him on my behalf saying he should reach out to me. NOTHING. There could be many reasons for this... he could be out of the office indefinitely? Medical emergency? No idea. But he has not returned my call and i have no idea why.
Convenient location in Foodland IGA but some of the tellers were shockingly incompetent with many mistakes setting up my account. Manager disinterested in correcting. Saw new personnel so maybe will get better?
