I was referred to Cathy Johnson by my realtor as we are moving to juneau and wanted to shop around with local lenders for rates. I do not regret calling cathy. She was AMAZING. she was kind and very personable, she listened to my family’s situation and i felt i could really relate to her. She got everything done in a relatively quick manner and was always touching bases to keep me informed in the meantime so i never felt i was left to wonder and i never felt she didnt have time for me. First and only bank I'd ever use.
I went in to ask a simple question about the bank, they replied very rudely and disrespectful towards me. After that they asked if I would like to open up an account with them. No I would not like to open an account with them!
