Casanova Italian Restaurant and Deli

The food was fantastic and was authentic Italian. However, we had a party of 5 and there was a mix up on the order and my order was not brought out until after almost everyone else had already eaten. The menu said that there is automatic gratuity on parties of 6 or greater and we were charged the automatic gratuity which is approximately 20%. But, the worst part is that the pre-added gratuity can be easily missed on the ticket and you can inadvertently double tip.

Service, food, and attitudes were excellent. Maura, our server was kind, polite, attentive, and awesome. We were a party of 4 with a wide selection of entrees of varying cooking times and all items arrived at the same time at the right temperature. The fresh made focaccia bread was an easy favorite. For a group of picky people to not find a fault was refreshing. Will return again. Great experience!

Went here for brunch after visiting Haleakala. The service was great and food fresh and delicious! Strolled around the cute shops of Makawao afterwards; it all made for a great Sunday afternoon.

Great place for a break after a long downhill bike ride in the heart of Makawao. The sandwich selection is massive, and they have a little bit of something for everyone. I enjoyed the plain cheeseburger as well! Seating is limited, but the patio offers a nice breeze.

Awesome gnocchi, really great wine selection, and killer tiramisu! Super nice stop for dinner on the way back from Hana.
