My fiancee and I just stopped by to see what was available there, but was surprised by the amount of information Farrah (one of the employees) was able to share with us concerning dog and cat food. We were there a good 45 minutes getting a run down on many good and bad pet food brands, and which ones would be the best for our new puppy. She was extremely knowledgeable, and a lot of the information she would offer aligned with some of the research I've done in the past. Farrah said she was studying towards becoming a nutritionist, and we believe she has a VERY good outlook for the future with how passionate she was at the store today. Good luck, Farrah. 5+stars for the quality of service!!

A few days ago I went in to look around and to pick up my dogs food as well as some bedding for our hamster and was absolutely baffled. Nothing for small animals, birds or fish. Didn’t carry my dogs food which is ridiculous because my normal Petco (lakewood) carries it, it’s the Acana Lamb and Apple. They carry the brand so I’m quite irritated. Then to top the “lovely” experience off, the tall, red haired woman named “Katie” or “Kayla” (I can’t seem to remember) couldn’t get my info correct for the membership deal they have so I just cancelled it. She didn’t have any explanation for the issues and was quite rude. Definitely needs to work on her customer service skills I think. I was also NEVER approached and asked if I needed anything. The all around experience was absolutely terrible. I expected more with this being a Petco establishment. I will not be back. Someone needs to strongly evaluate this place.

Smaller than expected but nice selection of pet stuff. A do it yourself dog wash and really nice staff.

Groomer was great with our senior dog . Slightly disappointed with the limited selection of products. I understand it's a smaller store but they carry mostly dog and cat food that can be found inside the exchange or Commissary. Would definitely like to see more specialized diet items.

Everyone was friendly when entering, the place was clean and bright. Wish it was a little bigger but all in all it’s great to have a Petco on base. Matthew did a great job with both of Doods. Highly recommend
