Great location. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. Only issue I've ever run into here is that they never seem to have the 50count of superworms. So then the next option is a 12 count and so if you want to buy 2 or more because that wont last long you have to pay more to get half the amount and its a rip off.
All my questions were answered and the staff were very friendly and made sure I knew exactly where to find the pet food I needed for my rabbit. Not only did the staff member tell us where to locate the food for our pet rabbit, but he even stopped what he was doing and showed us where to go. Now that was great customer service, especially since this was my first time in this store.
I bring my dog here to be groomed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very patient and genuinely friendly with dogs. Price is fair, dog looks great!
From entering the store I was well greeted by groomers at the entrance (didn't hurt that there was a puppy in tow) and after Amy and another (Big bearded dude sorry I forgot the name) helped me find what I needed and offered friendly help and suggestions all the way to the cashiers who were patient when I had a card issue. All in all a great experience!
The individual who assisted me knew absolutely nothing about aquatics and fish. I went in to add fish to my already established tank and half of the fish available were dead and being eaten or decomposing and spreading ammonia to the tank water (killing more fish or making them super sickly or diseased).. happy to say that I won't be buying any fish from there any time soon..
