My daughter turned 10 this week, and we made an agreement that she would be old enough to handle a pet that needed actual care. Verses a cat, where it's here's the food, here's the water, and you know where the door is. We went to Petco to find a rabbit, guinea pig, or some fluffy companion. There was a chinchilla that she really wanted, so we asked the associate what is needed to take care of it. He gave us so much information, better than anything I could google. Which she realized that getting a fluffy, she would have to sacrifice her sports and friend time to take care of it. So down side Petco didn't make a 200$ sale, but we did get the 45$ bag of cat food for the amazing help and knowledge we got
Place has a good supply of needs for a vast array of animals. Always nice being able to not only have a big selection, but to also let the friend decide too. Staff are knowledgeable and nice. But I gotta dock a star for the loyalty rewards never working
You have great friendly service. And have great prices too. Keep up with the good work on keeping the animals and your employee's safe.
The doctor that comes to Petco and the workers they're always so very nice and informative they're always ready to help you in any way that they can. They are a great group of people and I appreciate them coming to Petco to take care of my animals.
The staff have always been super nice. This store however, always seem to have empty tanks/cages. If I go to Petco, I expect to see pet food, accessories and a full mini zoo. Thank you.
