This is by far the most honest car dealership I have ever dealt with. I drive from several states away to purchase vehicles and even have repairs done when possible. There have been several times when my local dealership says a repair is not covered by my warranty and it really is, which is why I go to Jensen-Wood Motors whenever it is feasible. I have personally purchased 3 cars from here through the years and will continue to do so. My extended family does the same and none of us even live in the same state! That's true loyalty given for great service at a fair price.

Jensen Wood Motor Co is over 300 miles away from us (where we live, we are surrounded by dealerships). All business was done through email/phone. I explained what I was interested in and Tracy was so great to search until she found the one! What impressed us so much is that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected, and if something wasn't right (even minor things) it was taken care of without question. I could go on and on about how happy we are! Excellent experience!

I have a small dealership in Wyoming, and wanted to work out a trade with Jensen-Wood over the Holiday's, while I was in Montpelier. They were EXTREMELY easy to work with. They gave me a nice truck at a good price, and also gave me good trade value on my Ram truck. It was very easy--- we looked at each other's vehicles for 10 minutes, thought about it overnight, then completed the deal the next day. The whole process took less than 1/2 hour. Great customer service!
