Took a trip to bear lake with the family in February. There aren't many restaurants open year around, decided to give this a try. Very cool atmosphere inside with cars and motorcycles on lifts, and the menu was entertaining as well. I enjoyed the food and being able to pick my own sides. Everyone enjoyed their food enough that we decided to go back the next day to get shakes. When it came time to order we couldn't resist also ordering some onion rings and fries, which are excellent. Easy recommendation if you're staying at bear lake.

Had a wonderful lunch at Cody's Gastro Garage. Our party of four shared the delicious pound of wings and onion rings appetizers. We tried the main course salads, street tacos, huge quesadillas, and a bacon turkey club. All were delicious and everyone very happy. Be aware a bit pricey for a large family, however they serve BIG portions of deliciousness and plenty to share as needed. Cool garage decor and very attentive staff. We will be back!

Not a lot of places open this time of year at Bear Lake. Thought we would give Cody's a try. The decor was fun and caused some discussion. The service was quick and attentive.nWe ordered the shrimp and the Cody burger with onion rings and sweet potato fries. With a side of mac n cheese.nThe shrimp were plentiful and not bad for a land lock state. The sweet potato fries weren't anything to write home about. My daughter enjoyed the burger. The onion rings were the best of the meal. The Mac n cheese was a let down. First it was cold, barely warmed up. Not much cheese. Over all prices weren't bad, would give Cody's a C average.nI think next time in town we will try something else.

After reading the reviews we almost didn't try Cody's but I am so glad we gave it a chance. If you want good service ask for Taylor. He is excellent and gave great food recommendations. Super friendly and accommodating. The interior of the restaurant was really fun and an experience. Finally we were so happy with the food. We tried the Unbelievable burger because it sounded so unique with the sauce which Taylor told us was great. It didn't disappoint. We also tried the mac and cheese with jalapeños and thought it was excellent. Loved both the regular and sweet potato fries too. We left stuffed and look forward to our next trip back. Love this place! First off the food was excellent. Best wings I’ve ever had. Richard the head chef was awesome. I love the ambiance of the place too. The old cars are super cool.
