I've been with Chase since the 90's. My friend I help has been a Chase customer for many years as well. We've been looking for his wallet for days. My friend can't talk and is seriously disabled. He is no stranger to any of the clerk's at this Chase branch. So please, someone tell me why, when the Bank found his wallet, they hung onto it for unknown days, then shredded his Driver's License, Chase Card and all his Insurance cards and the wallet ! We can pickup his cash. The associate that answered the phone this morning @ 10:18 am, talk time 1 min 57 sec, told me all this, I was speechless. She wasn't sure when they found it or when they destroyed it. And didn't answer by giving her name. Everyone who has now heard this story is quite disturbed. The associate claims attempted calls. We are in the bank enough, why ? The bus driver is getting a list of all our trips into this Bank. I may have to go elsewhere. My friend is difficult, can't talk, can't write, so maybe if you are not 100% and take too much time at the window, you may not want to come to Chase.

Would not recommend chase. Terrible customer service. Lady didnt show any intertest in helping me open an account. Second chase that has done this. Not putting money here.

This has been my bank. Cory s.Madoneczky is a great to Deal with when I go in the Bank he a great. He has advised me. on a few things. That help me a lot.
