3/242021. I went to buy some cracked corn... best price around taos...THE BAD!!! Horrible customer service. 3 employees on the floor.. only the cashier had the decency to acknowledge me as a customer.. same big box attitude from employees. They hope that if they ignore you long enough you will just GO AWAY!!!! I will go away,, back to shopping my local feed store. Taos tack.. they appreciate your business.. tractor supply has some nice things.. yet most stuff is out of stock. Empty shelves. I think I'll stick to shopping LOCALLY. If enough customers are ignored,, and sales reflect it. Maybe corporate will correct the problem.. though I doubt it.
Always so supportive depending on who helps. For the most part if your a person of color get to the back of the line or look it up yourself.
Friendly people with everything from your tools to Yeti gear and Oakley sunglasses. They are doing a great job with good customer flow even with Covid restrictions.
