Shoe Dept. Encore

Found some real nice ones today. And staff is nice.

The staff was very helpful with figuring out my girl's shoe sizes. Very friendly staff even though it was busy. Prices were excellent.

Love all the shoes but was looking for toddlers in boys not a good selection

I wash going to actually buy a pair of shoes from them until I realized that the lady working there was using a retail tactic called aggressive customer service! Something used on people you think are stealing so I left !

Terrible customer service, absolutely no help, they acted like we were gonna steal their shoes. Didn't even take the time to look in the back for certain sizes.
