This is an awesome place! They are patient oriented and really care. Everyone is kind and friendly. All the Dr's or PA's are really knowledgeable and nice too.

100% amazing service anytime im there. Patience and attention is shown when accommodating each and every patient who walks through the doors!!

I have made several trips to the Urgent Care facility, with different grandchildren and different reasons. Recently I hurt myself, I tried to work it out myself. No insurance.. the pain got bad enough that I relented. I was treated in the same compassionate way that all my grandchildren had been. I would truly encourage anyone that needs that kind of help to go there. Caring staff, easy to talk to, and totally listened to. I hate taking someone or going myself to a Dr visit. I’ve been here three times recently for allergic reactions. The first two were seasoned Dr who listened and were immediately responsive. The third time they had a nurse practitioner Smith fresh out of school to try and tell me allergies don’t cause migraines. After saying he did read the chart and notes he told me I was liar - that they don’t prescribe for allergic reaction for a migraine, which both prior prior physicians did and well documented it in the notes. He felt he knew more than my allergist, my psychiatrist who helps control the symptoms in response to triggers, and the physician that is the top supervisor there .nThey felt it was acceptable to allow me to continue having an allergic reaction, including ice pick on the skull migraines, for 30 minutes before he came back in trying to blame it on anxiety. What causes me anxiety ? Having chest pains, migraines , swollen ears, asthma attack and not being treated because he didn’t really believe it. I then had to call my allergist to fix what your physician didn’t believe was real or serious. She had to add extra antihistamines , cromolyn nebulizer and cromolyn nasal spray to reduce the reactions. This isn’t acceptable. I shouldn’t have to call my specialist for urgent medical treatment.nYou would think gcrmc would do a better job hiring after that last malpractice lawsuit nearly ended them.

Every single person wore a germ mask, which I fully appreciate. The facility was clean and the wait wasn't horrible. The doctor was amazing and took his time. I also left with a referral to a specialist just in case the meds prescribed didn't quite do the trick. I could not have been happier!
