I moved back home to be here with my parents from a very big city in FL and I am amazed at the efficiency of this hospital every time I go and just how nice everyone has been to me. This morning everyone went beyond what they had to do for me. I had a scheduled appointment at 7AM for a Pre-Procedure Covid test but I had to be to work at 8AM. Richard Perez who was asking the Covid questions at the front and taking you through the temp check station spoke with Marry at registration who got me through immediately, then he spoke directly with the laboratory ladies and I was also taken back immediately where Ms. Tracey was so quick, efficient and the testing process painless. Thank you to Mr. Richard Perez I was in and out of there in 15 minutes!!! That is MORE THAN AMAZING!!! Thank you again to everyone this morning but a special thank you to Mr. Richard Perez, he really went beyond what he had to do and this is a very rare quality in people!!

Outstanding. I went to the emergency room with several dog bite wounds, one of them was pretty severe. From the time I arrived at the ER to the time I was discharged the staff were very professional and friendly. PA Tony did a great job administering the anesthesia cleaning the wound and sewing me up. I didn't feel any pain. Thanks Gerald ChampionnER Team!

Had a baby recently here. Every nurse tells you different from the last one. The new parent meal, literally everything was wrong. Our burgers were plain, no lettuce tomatoes, nothing. The drinks were even wrong. Next time we have a baby, I'm taking the wife to Cruses or EP.

My mom hasn’t been in the hospital for over a week already and I have to sit here and listen to my mom tell me that the nurses don’t even turn on or off her machines, didn’t start her fluids, my mom had to get up and open the thing so it would flow, and they barely go and check up on her. Please watch your patients there there for a reason. For you to help them get well!

If I worked there I'd quit before my reputation gets caught up in the wave of lawsuits coming this places way.
