No one ever answers the phone. And it takes always three to four days for them to call you back a lot of times you have to call again for them to answer .very bad service.

Very rude receptionist!! No knowledge or understanding!! Tried to ask questions where I can get some medical help and medication as a Covid patient. Just so rude. Already feeling in enough pain to deal with the immaturity of a receptionist!! So disrespectful!!!

I'd like to thank Barbara in Medical Records!!! She was so helpful... And the rest of the from desk on the secondnfloor. You were all so courtiers (:

Registration staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the process simple with checking in. Nurse and Mr. Harris were professional and efficient with providing services. Pharmacy was quick. Large waiting rooms, elevators work, and flat screen tv’s work great. Facility and restrooms are always clean despite the age of the building (although the restrooms have been renovated and look great), overall very pleased with the quality of service to our native people.

I am happy they are there for us.. they are really helping me out and I'm satisfied..Thank God.
