Ordered Chicken Fried rice thinking it would be a good test to see. I mean really, Fried rice is safe right? No. Rice was not fully cooked and crunchy, I am not what to say about the Chicken, if it was Chicken? It had a strange texture and taste to it, so I picked it out. Fried rice usually has a nice smoked flavor, well it is supposed to anyway. This was like a college kids attempt with rice and chicken bouillon. Pathetic!

The food is good if just a touch on the pricey side (but expected for a sushi joint in the desert). There is no atmosphere outside of some mood lighting and the background conversation of patrons and staff.nnThe only thing that could be held against W&Z at the moment (and I'm going to lay this against current health restrictions) they seem to be short staffed at the moment so if there is any sort of in house dining be prepared to wait for some time before the main course.nnAlso they are still waiting on a liquor license so if you want beer/wine/sake you're out of luck.nnTL/DR, best to hit this place early for dine in or just order carry out.

I ordered sashimi. Three different types and it was fresh and exquisite. My daughter had tempura chicken and veggies.. cooked just right... white rice was great... excellent service as well.. highly recommend.

Their food was absolutely delicious!! I went inside to pick up my order and they were really nice and welcoming. We ordered sushi, chicken and vegetables, and the happy 4 season. All dishes were exceptionally delicious! I am a sushi-lover and their sushi was beyond good! Will be back again! My new favorite Asian spot in Silver! ud83dude0b

I've always had great sushi here, it's soooooo good. But I've only had the sushi so I can't say anything about the Chinese cuisine there. The staff are always nice and fast. Also to be honest I just love this place. I would eat there every day if I could
