Deno's Mountain Bistro

One of the best meals we had while vacationing here! Pizza was amazing, wings were awesome, and the bread was SO good--you can taste that it is actually homemade bread. We got our food to go but the atmosphere was nice when we went in to pick up our order, and the staff was friendly! We will remember this place for next time we are here!

We enjoy Deno’s and try to come whenever we are in Winter Park. This time, our car battery was dead as we went to leave for the restaurant. As we tried to get transportation- I called the restaurant to see if they could seat us later. They went above and beyond and accommodated us on a busy Saturday evening despite COVID capacity restrictions. Service was good and dinner was delicious!

As soon as my group walked in the host with the dark hair and glasses had an attitude. The third member of our party was in the bathroom and when trying to find where we were seated she was even rude to her. The waiter Bill was very nice and if it weren’t for the woman at the host stand we would’ve stayed. I work in the service industry and the host is the beginning of anyone’s experience when going to a new restaurant. The fact you guys have someone on staff to represent y’all in that way is very sad.

Good place, staff is great. Food is generally great, but for some reason I'm not a fan of their steaks and cooper table tops on same tables.nSteaks get cooked perfectly every time, but it seems the cut of meat for sirloin and ny strip just isn't the greatest quality. It still is not bad steak by any means, just doesn't match the price.nLast time i decided to go for fish instead of the steak and I can give my compliments to the chef, was very delicious. Fish was grilled perfectly and condiments, šanse, everything really worked well. Definitely a place to visit in the area.

Went for happy hour dinner and drinks. Baja fish tacos were flavorless and the fish was made for fish chips (very clearly not fresh). Mom had the “classic gyro” came out with definitely not lamb and beef. Gotten better at the county fair. Wait staff was great and food was timely but for the prices... need a better chef.
