The person who helped me was very courteous and directed me to the item I was looking for. She was very helpful in showing me different options and explain how various brands had different options. This was very helpful in my selection process.

They did not have the rabbit food that I normally buy. I had to buy the same brand, different style of food, that was more expensive. Only bought one bag, hoping the other will be back in stock by the time I get through this bag. We only use it as treats for our 7 bunnies, not daily food. They love it - but the one I had to buy isn't as good.

Scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog who really need a hair cut and they cancelled because the groomer is sick and because of Covid they would not schedule me a new appointment for a week out and my dog desperately needs a haircut. I told them they were unprofessional said thank you and hung up and the girl who answered the phone and cancelled my appointment called me back to say she thought we got disconnected when I clearly hung up and tried to tell me again why they cancelled when they should have just had a different groomer cut my dogs hair.

I ordered online. It was very inconvenient since it was supposed to be curbside pickup. I had to go into the store and pick the items up. I also had to wait in line to pick it up by going through the registers. The only advantage from this order was I got 25% my purchase. Will not do this again. Thank you.
