Slow Groovin BBQ

I have had BBQ in many different places in this country, at many places here in Colorado and drive to fine-tune my own attempts at good BBQ. Nothing could have prepared me to what I found at Slow Groovin BBQ in Marble, Colorado. It was truly the best ribs and pulled pork I have ever had, nothing compares. Throw in the idyllic setting and it makes the experience perfect.nnGood BBQ is a beautiful thing.

Just delicious, nice selection of meats and great sauces. The brisket is not to be missed. Sides and apps excellent, loved the fried okra perfectly crispy and plentiful. Takeaway only right now so have a margarita while you wait and try to not lose your mind from the amazing aroma.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere!!! Good choices on the menu, from ribs to brisket sandwiches. They are currently just doing outdoor seating on a first come first serve basis. Was juat an all around good time here. Can't wait to go back

Must stop location in a quaint little town (near Crystal Mill). The brisket & cornbread was excellent. Service was fast and friendly even though this is a very popular & busy place. Outdoor patio was a great way to enjoy some fantastic BBQ.

Although it’s kind of hard to get to, the atmosphere is very nice and has very good barbecue. The smell fills all of Marble, and it’s the best restaurant in the area. Their pulled pork sandwiches and onion rings are some of the best I’ve ever had, and is definitely worth the trip. The barbecue sauce they have is also top notch, and I would recommend purchasing a few extra bottles for the road.
