Brick Oven Pizzeria & Pub

After driving for 4.5 hours from Denver after work, we were needing to find a place serving food a little later. We came across this restaurant and I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED and had such an awesome dining experience. Joe and Lauren helped us and were as kind and welcoming and warm as you could ever want, which is especially unusual with late night dining. Their pizza was gourmet quality, the side salad had so many different types of fresh veggies, and they have about 30 craft beers on tap. Go check them out! Ask for Joe and Lauren!!!

Great experience! The “Killer Hot Rasta” was such a unique pizza. Flavors come together like you wouldn’t believe. Absolutely a go-to next time we are back! Would highly recommend that others try even though it does not have marinara sauce!

Love this place. Creative pies and calzones along with a great craft beer list, and high end craft bottles.nnStaff has been great and very laid back as it should be in a vacation town.nnI love that everything is made to order and allows one to unwind with a drink while its prepared.nnI visit Crested Butte every December and this restaurant is on my must see list every time.nnIt's a fun, non-pretentious place to eat.

Joe was awesome. The food was excellent. Some of the best service and food I’ve received in a long time. Shout out to Lauren as well. You guys rock! Keep it up.

Very nice atmosphere, we sat outside and they provided heaters in the winter. They also allow dogs to sit in the outside area which is great for dog owners! We tried the hot wings and a pizza, it was delicious! They also offer craft beer flights in categories like staff picks which we found very cool and made getting a flight so easy. I would definitely go to this place again for great drinks and mouth watering food!
