This place came highly recommended/ what a disappointment!!nPerhaps if you are into fried chicken and mush you would like this place but wasn’t for us. $200 later for 3 people: a basket of fried chicken shared between my daughter and husband with sides as bland as can be. Homely does not have to be bland and greasy?nI opted for a medium rare rib eye @ $43- it was a piece of cardboard..nSetting very nice and service pretty friendly- the food and price point not remotely okay

Great place that is laid back and serves either steak or fried chicken as their signature dish. Like going back in time, the food is WONDERFUL, fresh, and all the sides you can eat. Reasonable priced, too.

Our favorite place in Crested Butte!nThe staff is beyond kind and generous ~ our hostess Sarah M. is pure sweetness! ~ and the food is the best we’ve had so far! The chicken is juicy and fried to perfection and the biscuits are melt in your mouth buttery goodness. Beverages are fantastic and the three course meal was the perfect way to top off a full day on the slopes. We will recommend this place to any and all of our friends and we will definitely be coming back!

Had the fried-chicken dinner for one, takeout. Was delicious, and enormous. 4 biscuits and 4 pieces of chicken, corn in gravy, potatoes, salad, coleslaw, and cottage cheese (yeah the last one is a bit odd.) But it's all delicious.

Fried chicken was like my mama made it. They were organized with orders as well. Nice job! Deducting a star only because we threw away sides we didn't want and that is wasteful. Slogar, how about asking what sides people want instead of making us have cottage cheese and canned corn with cream gravy on it?
