10 minutes to get drinks. 20 minutes to order. 20 minutes after that to get food. Once we got food the waiter disappeared leaving us with no napkins. 10 more minutes until he showed up for me to ask for napkins. 30 minutes later I had to stop someone and ask for my check. That is an hour and a half for 15 wings, 2 drinks, and 1 order of fries. The only reason I have it 2 stars was because my daughter enjoyed the food.
When I visited this location for the first time years ago the service and food were terrible. I avoided going here for years as a result. I recently visited this location and my experience was much better. Our waitress was very polite and the food was prepared quickly. While the wings could be better, the atmosphere makes up for it.
Top notch staff that matches the food! We had a little mix up and just 6 wings were brought out traditional instead of boneless. Holy cow they went over the top to make up for it. I almost hope it happens again. Love supporting business that care about customer experience. I’ll defiantly be back. I would anyways because their food is amazing but I’ll be back to this location when I can.
Service and server were great. Clean facilities. Music not blasting loud. Overall enjoyable good food.
I will no longer support this business. Every time I order takeout something is wrong. Last time fries were hard as a rock and wings were cold. Ranch container did not have a lid so It spilled in the bag. I waited for my food and received it when it was ready, drive home is only 5 minutes away. They never put napkins in the bag like the other locations. Often times forget ranch or special requests. Went in today to get a table and the host were rude and unhelpful. I’ve never had a problem dining in however, after today I decided I’m giving up on this location.
