Delivered a baby here during Covid. Baby was removed from room many times for testing and was *given a pacifier without consulting me*. By the time we got home, baby had latch issues and I had a very rocky and stressful time with breastfeeding (although baby initially did great right after birth). Not breastfeeding friendly. However, my doctor was great and staff was otherwise nice.

The amount of frustration I have towards this place is unbelievable. If you try to receive service here you will experience going to voicemail during business hours, your phone calls being dropped, and subpar healthcare. I have been trying to get an itemized bill for my surgery for over a month and despite repeated calls, I have not seen or received either an electronic or paper copy. I was told before surgery it would be sent automatically since I requested it- nothing. I was told after surgery that it would be sent- nothing. Calling their billing department is a giant waste of time as they will neither pick up nor return your calls. For the surgery itself, I had an unbelievably hard time trying to make an appointment for the COVID test they REQUIRE to protect their own staff. They lost my referral that my physician faxed over three times for the test even though they mandated that I had to do the test. At the test site, they were to give me Hibiclens to prepare for surgery which did not happen. I only found out when an advice nurse called me giving me instructions on how to use a product I never received. Furthermore, on the surgery day, they did not have the ankle boot for my ankle support and instead gave me a glorified bean bag with Velcro which my physician said they did not consult him on. Yet, they told me he was consulted and gave his approval. I have text messages proving that was not the case. They knew about my surgery for weeks and did not have the medical equipment I needed for post-surgery recovery and transportation. They also could not get my IV in- it took 2 people both a nurse and a doctor and over 5 attempts. I had bruises for weeks. Then, I had a severe full body allergic reaction to god knows what causing me to be covered in bumps and rashes.
