I love coming to this location. Everyone is always so friendly and they actually like being around animals - unlike employees at another local pet store. They’re always fully stocked with reptile food and treats for my dog. It’s rare to see great customer service nowadays, and I hope that corporate realizes how lucky they are to have them represent their brand.
I am a first time kitten owner. I came in to buy supplies and maybe get some advice. I left feeling even more confident than i went in. If you are looking for cat advice and feedback, see the asst. manager Everett. He was GREAT!! Very knowledgeable, informative and nice. He answered all of my questions and gave his honest opinions on it all, which he has backed up with his own research and study into cats and animals. I will definitely return and im so happy i went in.
Great selection AND prices. Have been in store before but buying online with free same day delivery was so convenient! Appreciated the call to confirm a toy substitution (Gregory MUST have feathers ha) he loves it and the new flavor of treats so thank you!

I am so glad I gave this place a try. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Everyone has always gone the extra step and I have always had a better than expected experience. The store is clean and the prices are reasonable. This excellent staff deserves a pat on the back especially for their compassion and care during the COVID crisis. They have promptly and kindly brought my packages out to the car a few times always with a kind note and once even with a bonus sample!
