Today was our first time at Mass Animal medical center and it was a great experience! All of the staff were very friendly and informative. You can when you get there and they come and get your pet. And then they call you when they are finished to explain everything and then bring out your pet. Would definitely recommend!!
I absolutely love this vet. We've been taking our pets to Dr Boardman for years and we are always impressed by his knowledge and how much he cares for our pets.
Super, super expensive. They take total advantage. Others will provide same service for half the price. Do your research.nnUpdate: These people are crooks, gave a written estimate with a “max” price and a disclaimer saying the estimated price could be up to 25% higher. Totally understand that you don’t always know what you’re getting into until surgery takes place. Sticker shock when final bill came! It was more like 55% over the estimate. May have good docs or just docs that like nice vacations.
The staff is full of kind, compassionate people who truly seem to care about making you and your pet comfortable. Dr. Kennedy is incredibly reassuring even when giving hard news. I feel confident after even one visit that my cat is in good hands.
I found some blood in my cats stool. I called and they said I should bring her in immediately(I immediately felt like I was being sold somthing at a car dealer). After examining her they found nothing wrong and after asking what type of laxitives I wanted to give her and after I responded, they proceeded to give and charge me for the ones I expressly asked not to be given. Afterwards they said they would call me to at least explane what the medice they gave me was, but they called 3 days after the day I was supposed to start giving her the medicine.
